     Description                                                     


      This machine is mainly used to detect the impact resistance of helmets and puncture performance, in order to determine the safety performance of helmets.


     Test Principle                                                        


Impact absorption performance: Select the appropriate head mold to wear the helmet normally onto the head mold, to ensure the contact between the cap and head mould is natural and stable, and adjust the drop hammer axis coincides with the sensor axis and adjust the drop hammer height to 1000mm±5mm, then impact the helmet, record the impact value.

Puncture resistance: Select the appropriate head mold to wear the helmet normally onto the head mold, to ensure the contact between the cap and head mould is natural and stable, adjust the axis of the piercing cone to make it pierce the center of the helmet (the weakest place within φ100mm), adjust the drop hammer height to 1000mm±5mm, then impact the helmet,and record the puncturing result according to the damage condition of the helmet displayed on the display device.
