Description
The test machine can complete the biaxial stretching and uniaxial tensile test, which is equivalent to the uniaxial compression experiment in the frictionless state, which provides effective research data for the rubber research.
Test Principle
Biaxial tensile: The biaxial tensile test is to apply a load to 16 equal dividing points of a paper-thin circular plate and measure the load by means of a force sensor and measure the extension deformation under a corresponding load by a non-contact laser extensometer. And the relationship between engineering stress and engineering strain is obtained by formula.
Uniaxial tensile: the fixture is added on the basis of the original machine. The machine moves vertically to stretch the transverse rubber sample, and sensing strength through the force sensor and sensing extension through the laser extensometer to obtain the relationship between the stress and strain of the transverse rubber specimen.
